KLR Construction specializes in all types of residential renovation and repair services. Our residential services include a vast portfolio of remodeling and renovation projects. We specialize in kitchen, bathroom and basement renovations including, but not limited to, opening walls, additions, flooring upgrades (ceramic tile, hardwood, and laminate). We build porches or decks and all types of specialized carpentry projects.
At KLR Construction, no job is too small. We also offer Handyman Services to help our customers get their "to do" lists done so they can relax and enjoy life. Our services include, but are not limited to, interior and exterior painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. We also power-wash and stain decks.

Excellent jobs. Replaced all carpeting approximately 1000 sq. feet with hardwood flooring. They moved all my furniture. Did some electrical work and helped me get back to order. Staff wonderful. Always ready to help. I am hiring them back in spring for some downstairs work. I am very well pleased with Ken's performance, they way he listened to my concerns, and how he was there to help me make decisions. Thank You, Ken.

This company is terrific. They listened to me. Very respectful. Excellent work. Beautiful bathroom was end result. They kept to time frame. Cleaned up they went along. I would recommend highly.

KLR Construction elevated our dingy tiny old bathroom into a beautiful serene space that feels twice as big! The work is beautifully and thoughtfully done, and KLR worked with us at every step to make sure that we were all on the same page. They adapted seamlessly when we discovered hard wood floor underneath the old flooring and totally changed the plan for the finished space, and they recommended solutions as issues arose that we like even better than the original plans. While construction was going on, KLR was careful to not disrupt our home and routine, and the work was completed in a very professional manner in a very short time. I highly recommend KLR Construction!
